Studies indicate that a plant-based diet is a cost-effective way of eating & can prevent or fight many chronic diseases, including obesity, diabetes, heart diseases, etc. It is also known to have benefits in cancer prevention by lowering the intake of carcinogens by going vegan/ vegetarian.
We select the best seeds from Sangri (Prosopsis cineraria), Karira (Capparis decidua), Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa), Water Melon seeds (Citrullus lanatus), and cluster bean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) for a balanced amino acid blend. Selected legume seeds are dehusked, milled & screened to obtain guar gum. This is then partially hydrolysed and purified to create the final product we consume.

Plant Versus Whey
Whey protein is derived from cow’s milk and as animal products go, they are produced at factory farms full of hormones, antibiotics, and other toxins. Dairy-based proteins like whey tend to disrupt the thyroid functioning of the body. In addition, dairy indigestion is a common cause of nausea, flatulence, constipation, stomach cramps or pains. As an animal protein, whey powder generally doesn’t come fortified with any other vitamins or nutrients, thus holding less nutritional value to an equivalent plant protein powder.
When you can get the same nutritional value from a safer, plant-based, GMO free, soy-free, gluten-free option, then why go whey!
In addition, if you are environmentally conscious, do remember that the manufacturing of plant-protein produces 1/10th of carbon emissions when compared to the manufacturing of whey protein. So, if you go green, you truly go green.
